    • McKenna Spaulding, BA-Intern

    Care Coordination Intern

    McKenna is a Vermont native and in the process of completing her BA in Psychology through Northern Vermont University. Through previous work experience as a LNA and living skills specialist, McKenna has developed a passion for person-centered care. 

    When not working, McKenna embarks on many outdoor adventures such as mountain biking, hiking, backpacking, and rock climbing. 

    After competing her undergraduate degree, McKenna plans to continue onto obtaining a MBA in Human Resources to help bridge the gap between employees and employers to improve the workplace for all, as well as employing diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. While at Vermont Counseling and Training Center, McKenna will be assisting in care coordination.
