Meghan is invested in working with teens and adults who are experiencing challenges in their life that they’d like to overcome including traumatic events, grief, life transitions, peer and family conflict, anxiety, depression, attachment issues or struggles with self-esteem. She believes deeply the strongest tool in therapy is the relationship you develop together so taking time to understand you and what makes you who you are is her highest priority. Her hope is to create an environment where you feel safe to be your truest self without judgement and that when you attend therapy with her, you feel a weight lifted.
Meghan accesses a variety of approaches in therapy based on your identified needs and preferences, she has experience with: Attachment Regulation and Competency, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems. She intends to pursue training in Emotional Freedom Technique “Tapping” in early 2024.
