My goal is to center clients’ needs through a relational co-created experience that builds upon individuals innate abilities towards healing and wellness.  I work with young adults, adults, families and couples.  I practice meditation, and mindfulness techniques and will integrate this into sessions when appropriate.  I also explore other alternative modalities which may help us through our sessions, such as art or nature as a tool to shift mindsets.   I utilize creativity, imagination and intuition to address problems and I pull from a variety of therapeutic frameworks.

I am working towards a Masters in Social Work at the University of Vermont.  Before grad school I worked in a variety of care settings within the state, from a workforce development program to an inpatient recovery treatment center.  My most recent experience was at Burlington Housing Authority where I gained case management and agency experience in the community. I also have experience working in Early Childhood Education and an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science.

My practice is person centered, trauma informed and culturally aware.  I believe in facilitating a nonjudgmental, body positive, sex positive, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive space that is respectful and humanizing. I am open to feedback as I learn.  In my free time I am a passionate artist, environmentalist and traveller.  I look forward to meeting you!
