Workshops and groups for community member involvement are offered throughout the year. Group information will regularly be added to this page as new opportunities become available.
This weekly drop-in group is hosted by Emily, a BSW Intern who is a certified mindfulness facilitator through the University of Vermont. We will find community in each other by engaging in meditations, mindful activities, and self reflection. This group is completely free, with no mindfulness/meditation/group experience necessary. All identities are welcome. Sharing one’s own experience, and listening to others’, can be an opportunity for healing.
